		<description>John makes some great points. I also see the &#039;renter-investors&#039; using this strategy as also a way to maintain flexibility in living locations and lifestyles. Instead of being tied to the one home and one lifestyle, renting allows people to chase various lifestyles(beach,city etc) or, perhaps job opportunities in other countries or, other locations. The &#039;renter-investor&#039; strategy provides people peace-of-mind that they do have a home in need and that one day they can enjoy the equity that the apartment hopefully brings.</description>
