		<description>Wow!  Not sure if this legislation has gone through or not, but it makes being a landlord harder that&#039;s for sure.  I am all for tenants having their rights and interests protected but it really is swinging in their favour.  I have had one particular tenant give me 18 months of grief with non payment and fictitious repair claims.  Would love an update on the outcome of the legislation you wrote about.
