		<description>This is just ridiculous, to add another tax on purchasing property!

Ok, it may be a small tax, but it&#039;s just more red tape.  Why not just increase the stamp duty amount a little instead if they are that desperate for more money?

It&#039;s not necessarily a tax on investors either, because it is paid up front.  Therefore, if your investment ends up being no good, you make a loss on your investment and still have paid the tax!

Is this only a NSW state tax?</description>
